1. Create a smart office model room: Plan to add office space intelligent products to the architectural design plan, need to purchase corresponding intelligent hardware equipment for pilot testing, and create a smart office space DEMO.

2. Improve the competitiveness of business lines: Based on the original wired technology solution, introduce cutting-edge wireless communication technology to better meet the construction and renovation needs of different engineering projects.

Solution:

1. Workstation management: VS340 workstation occupancy sensor is installed under each workstation desktop to monitor whether someone is using it. If the workstation is monitored, the WS50x smart switch panel is controlled by Milesight D2D to turn on the light on the workstation.

WS515 smart socket panel and WS525 smart mobile socket manage the electrical equipment on the workstation for unified opening and closing, remote control, and solve the problem of forgetting to shut down after work, thereby reducing standby energy consumption.

2. Light curtain control: WS202 PIR & light sensor is installed at the entrance and exit of the office area. When someone enters, the WS50x smart switch panel is controlled by Milesight D2D to turn on the light, and the light is turned on when someone comes; the air switch and curtain are connected through the RS485 interface of UC100. One-click control of lights and curtains is achieved through the WS156 smart scene panel, and the scene panel can set scene controls such as going to work/getting off work/lunch break.

3. Office area environmental quality monitoring: AM319 indoor environmental quality sensor monitors the temperature and humidity, light, TVOC, atmospheric pressure, CO2, PM2.5 & PM10, formaldehyde / ozone in the office in real time. The device screen displays the data in real time, and employees can view it at any time. When the data exceeds the threshold, an alarm will be issued in time, and the fresh air system can be linked to operate for ventilation.
